發(fā)布時(shí)間：2015-11-02 16:07:55 | 來(lái)源：中國網(wǎng) | 作者： | 責任編輯：李瀟亞洲是當今世界最具發(fā)展活力和潛力的地區之一，亞洲發(fā)展同其他各大洲發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。亞洲國家積極探索適合本國情況的發(fā)展道路，在實(shí)現自身發(fā)展的同時(shí)有力促進(jìn)了世界發(fā)展。亞洲與世界其他地區共克時(shí)艱，合作應對國際金融危機，成為拉動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟復蘇和增長(cháng)的重要引擎，近年來(lái)對世界經(jīng)濟增長(cháng)的貢獻率已超過(guò)50%，給世界帶來(lái)了信心。亞洲同世界其他地區的區域次區域合作展現出勃勃生機和美好前景。 當然，我們也清醒地看到，亞洲要謀求更大發(fā)展、更好推動(dòng)本地區和世界其他地區共同發(fā)展，依然面臨不少困難和挑戰，還需要爬一道道的坡、過(guò)一道道的坎。 ——亞洲發(fā)展需要乘勢而上、轉型升級。對亞洲來(lái)說(shuō)，發(fā)展仍是頭等大事，發(fā)展仍是解決面臨的突出矛盾和問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵，迫切需要轉變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式、調整經(jīng)濟結構，提高經(jīng)濟發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益，在此基礎上不斷提高人民生活水平。
——亞洲合作需要百尺竿頭、更進(jìn)一步。加強亞洲地區合作的機制和倡議很多，各方面想法和主張豐富多樣，協(xié)調各方面利益訴求、形成能夠保障互利共贏(yíng)的機制需要更好增進(jìn)理解、凝聚共識、充實(shí)內容、深化合作。 | Asia is one of the most dynamic and most promising regions in the world, and its development is closely connected with the development of other continents. The Asian countries have energetically explored development paths suited to their national conditions and greatly boosted global development through their own development. Working side by side with the rest of the world in time of difficulty to tackle the international financial crisis, Asia has emerged as an important engine driving world economic recovery and growth. In recent years, Asia has contributed to over 50% of global growth, instilling much needed confidence in the world. What is more, Asia's cooperation with other regions of the world at regional and sub-regional levels has great vitality and promising prospects. But we should also be keenly aware that Asia still faces many difficulties and challenges in boosting both its own development and joint development with other regions. The road ahead remains a bumpy and twisted one. -- Asia needs to transform and upgrade its development model in keeping with the trend of the times. Sustaining development is still of paramount importance to Asia, because only development holds the key to solving major problems and difficulties it faces. It is important that we should shift the growth model, adjust the economic structure, make development more cost effective and make life better for our people. -- We need to make concerted efforts to resolve major difficulties to ensure stability in Asia. Stability in Asia now faces new challenges, as hotspot issues keep emerging, and both traditional and non-traditional security threats exist. The Asian countries need to increase mutual trust and work together to ensure durable peace and stability in our region. -- We need to build on past success and make new progress in promoting cooperation in Asia. There are many mechanisms and initiatives for enhancing cooperation in Asia, and a lot of ideas on boosting such cooperation are being explored by various parties. What we need to do is to enhance mutual understanding, build consensus, and enrich and deepen cooperation so as to strike a balance among the interests of various parties and build mechanisms that bring benefits to all. |
